Independent childbirth classes are all about you and your birth! This class emphasize preparation for natural childbirth, informed decision making, and joyful parenting. Families planning home or hospital births are welcome. Classes are small, fun and informative. Making friends, sharing concerns and answering questions are always a priority.

Reiki supports this process in a loving, nurturing and safe way so that all family members may benefit from the wonders of this healing energy.
