Product Returns

We are happy to accept returns on items purchased if they are returned within 14 days. Items must be new, in original packaging and void of any markings. Your receipt must be provided at the time of the return.

For your safety, items non-returnable include: nursing bras, support garments, sale items, carriers & slings, breastfeeding accessories & pumps and cloth diapers. There are also no returns on any items that were special ordered.

All returns will be given in the form of store credit.

Withdrawal from a Class

(This policy applies only to classes run by Cradle.  If you are enrolled in a class where you registered and paid an outside instructor, please contact that individual for their withdrawal policy.)

If you register for a class you have 3 days from date of registration to withdraw from the class for a cash refund minus a 10% transaction fee.  Once you are enrolled in a class and have attended it, we are unable to refund you if you decide to withdraw from the class.

Exceptions:  If you are enrolled in a pregnancy or childbirth related class, we will be more than happy to provide you with a refund in the form of store credit (if you are past being eligible for a cash refund) if you give birth before the first scheduled meeting of the class. We will pro-rate your store credit refund if your birth does not allow you to finish a class series. 

There are no refunds for $15 and under workshops.

If Cradle cancels a class due to low enrollment you may choose to receive store credit and apply it to another class or product or receive a cash refund.

All cash refunds and credits must be done in person at Cradle.

Weather Policy

Cradle will use its discretion in choosing whether to stay open during inclement weather.  In general, if Thornes Marketplace remains open, we will remain open as well. If you have any concerns, please call before venturing out. We will leave changes in hours on our answering machine.

In the event that Cradle closes due to inclement weather and a class is canceled, a make-up class will be offered.  If you are unable to attend this make-up class, you will be provided with a store credit for the value of the class.

Sick Child or Parent Policy

We all get sick sometimes. If either you or your child is not feeling well, we ask that you stay home and rest so it doesn’t get spread to other families that come to Cradle. Please do not come to class if you or your child has had a fever, vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours or if there is colored nasal discharge. Conjunctivitis must be clear for a minimum of 24 hours before coming to a class or group.  When we take care of ourselves and our children in this way, we are caring for our whole community.

Privacy Notice

We do not share any information obtained from you with anyone not affiliated with Cradle. We will not sell your information to any other company, or have anyone contact you about another product or service.
