Ready to make that first foray out into the world with your brand new baby? Feeling like you need to connect with other new moms and get some expert advise in the process? Come to our beautiful, baby-friendly studio, and connect with other new moms who are sharing this journey with you.
Our weekly meeting offers time for support, asking questions, quiet reflection, information and discussion on topics of greatest concern to new moms: feeding and sleeping patterns, soothing fussiness, babywearing, infant developmental milestones, returning to work, and much more.
In addition to all the basics, our new parents group will delve into some of the deeper changes that often come with motherhood. The warm space and gentle, knowledgeable facilitator offer opportunities to process your birth (or adoption) experience in a safe space, find peace and acceptance of your post-birth body, discuss the challenges that a new baby has on your relationship with your partner, and explore your new relationship to the community as a mother.
